Transformasi Digital PAUD melalui Pelatihan Coding Guru di Kota Bekasi

This community service activity aimed to enhance early childhood teachers’ competence in introducing algorithmic literacy through thematic coding training using unplugged and plugged approaches. The workshop, held on July 11, 2025, at LPPTKA Bekasi, involved 33 participants. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test showed an average score increase from 68.2% to 91.1%, with an N-Gain value of 0.72. The outputs included thematic instructional modules and applicable learning resources. These findings indicate that thematic coding training is effective in strengthening teachers’ readiness for digital transformation in early childhood education settings.
