This community service aims to enhance early childhood teachers’ competence in introducing algorithmic thinking through thematic coding-based learning. The activity was conducted through a workshop using unplugged and plugged play methods at LPPTKA Bekasi. Evaluation results showed an average knowledge increase of 33.7 percent, especially in decomposition and unplugged learning. The outputs include thematic learning modules applicable in various early childhood education settings. Post-activity monitoring was conducted online through mentoring and feedback. This program proves that coding training effectively strengthens algorithmic literacy from an early age
